Mission

The main goal of this department, which is in line with the goals of the health system, is to improve all aspects of health in the society. This educational department trains students in BSc and MSc levels and prepares them for clinical, research, managing and guiding roles.

Outlook

The outlook of this department, which is in line with the perspective of the school, is to be the pioneers of education and research, providing services in the field of community health, psychiatric nursing and management and training eligible managers and leaders in the nursing field. Maintaining and building on the original Islamic-Iranian values and increasing the self-esteem of students, this department has aimed to develop intersectoral collaborations and use technologies and new methods of teaching in order to promote the level of community health.

Department Goals

1.     Development and implementation of processes in order to develop responsive and equitable education in the school

2.     Promotion of professional ethics in training the students and providing cares in clinical settings

3.     Improvement of quality of theses and increase of output of graduate students in the fields of Community Health, Psychiatric Nursing and Management

4.     Providing the required human resources based on the current and future needs of the department
